We offer a variety of coaching solutions to help you to achieve your remarkable.

IN PERSON COACHING

Coaching in our gym, with personalised programs and flexible timeslots.  If you live in Bloemfontein, this option is for you. 

ONLINE COACHING

We also offer personalised, online training to suit your lifestyle and location. Weekly phone check ins, and personalised programs can produce incredible results.

In Person Coaching

We offer In-Person Coaching at our facility in Bloemfontein. 

The coaches are all qualified Sports Scientists and they bring global standards and an holistic understanding to writing a training plan for your specific goals. 

Our years of experience have taught us how fine tune your training program as we go along, avoiding injuries and helping you to peak at the right time. 

Our facility is well equipped and designed to give you an enriching, varied training experience. 

Though you will need to book your sessions in advance, the time slots are flexible and you can train when it suits you. 

Online Coaching

 We offer one-to-one online coaching.

We write weekly training programs for our athletes to follow using the Training Peaks and Train Heroic platforms, which we also use to monitor your fitness and goals. 

To make sure that our athletes are enjoying the program, and to discuss any changes which we might need to make, we like to check in with out athletes on the phone once a week. 

We’ve had great results with online training, helping athletes to achieve incredible results in their chosen fields.
