What to expect:
Flexible training times
We've set up flexible training times in the mornings and evenings so that you can choose when to train.
One on One coaching
No matter when you choose to come to the gym, our coaches will be on hand to guide you through that day's prescribed program.
Personalised Programs
Each workout starts with a standardised stretching & warmup routine (15mins). Then you will begin your personalised program for the day (45mins). Programs are designed to fit your needs and help you achieve your goals. There won't be anyone else in the gym doing the same combination of exercises as you during a session.
A great space to workout
The gym has been designed with your comfort in mind. It's light, airy and open. We deep clean the gym every day to keep it as hygienic as possible.
What to Wear
Please remember that you'll need to wear clothes which you can be active in. T-shirts, shorts and tights are recommended. Please also remember to wear closed running or gym shoes.
Full Body Assessment
We use an InBody scanner to asses your body before we begin planning your training program. The scanner helps to pinpoint areas of your fitness which we can focus on improving. We also use it to track your progress and watch how your fitness improves over time.
